Vegan cheese


Ingredients:

2 pealed and cooked potatoes 

1 Carrot

1/4 Cup Nutrional yeast

1 Tsp Garlic powder

1 Tsp Onion powder

1/4 tsp turmic

1/4 tsp curry powder

1 Tsp Salt or to taste

2 Tbs Lemon juice


Directions:

Bowl carrots and potatoes together until soft or for about 30 to an hour.

Mix all ingredients together and blend together. .

Serve on brocolli, nacho chips, noodles...
