A fun and delicious Cream Strawberry Nice cream with added Chia pudding.
Smoothie Recipe:
1 cup frozen strawberries
Half of frozen banana
1 cup vegan milk
2 scoops plant-based protein powder
1 cup ice
Optional: 1 Tsp vanilla Extract
Chia Pudding Recipe:
1/4 cup Chia seeds
1 cup any vegan milk
Optional: Sweetener (Agave Nectar, Maple Syrup, Brown rice syrup, ect.)
Directions:
Mix Chia Pudding ingredients together in a small container and let sit in fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight until it becomes thick.
Blend all smoothie ingredients together. You can use a blender or food processor.
Add Chia Pudding to smoothie by layering and serve!
