1200 Calorie Vegan Alkaline Meal Plan For Extreme Weightloss

The 1200 Calorie Alkaline Diet Inspired by Dr. Sebi. 

This is a great OMAD (One Meal A Day) diet plan to shed fat FAST. When I was on this diet I was losing weight every single day. It's perfectly okay. I would intermittent fast in the mornings, go to work in the day and eat this meal in the evening when I got home. I would prepare the chia pudding the night before, and the next day is when I would whip up the smoothie and prepare the food. You do not have to intermittent fast or eat once in the day. You can have the celery with peanut butter and cucumber for Breakfast, the smoothie and chia pudding for Lunch and The Nutrient-rich bowl for Dinner. You can break it up however you like. I hope you enjoy these recipes and remember, It's not always about taste but about getting the nutrients for your body and focusing on a higher cause rather than trying to satisfy your taste buds. If you feel like you want to spice it up a little, you can add dry seasonings and maybe even a little hot sauce. Nothing too high in calories. Have fun!



Full meal recipes: 


Chia pudding:

1/4 cup Chia seeds

1 cup Hemp milk (or any plant-milk of choice)

Mix ingredients together. Let sit for at least 2 hours or over night.


Smoothie bowl: 

1/2 frozen banana

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

1 scoop plant-based protein powder

1/2 cup ice

Blend ingredients together. 


Nutrient-rich protein green bowl:

1/2 cup garbanzo beans

1/4 cup Quinioa

1 Zuchinni diced 

1/2 cup mushrooms

1 cup arugula

1 cup moringa leaves (or 1 cup arugula)

1 Tbsp coconut oil

3 Tsp salt

Half a lemon


Cook ingredients together in a pan using coconut oil. Cook all ingredients for max 20 mins. Add mushrooms and leafy greens last. Do not over cook your food as this will take up most of the nutrients. Add lemon on top. Serve. 


Celery with peanut butter:

1 Tbsp Peanut butter

1 celery stick cut in half

1/4 cup hemp seeds


Sliced cucumber
