Homemade Veggie Burger Patty




Ingredients:

1lb vegetable pulp

Half Onion

2 garlic cloves 

1 cup Corn

Sauces and seasonings

Salt and pepper

Optional: beans, rice


Directions:

In a bowl mix pulp and all other ingredients together

Dice onion and garlic into bowl

Add any sauces (BBQ, Teryaki) and seasonings to dish and mix all together. 

Create your pattie shape and fry in a pan.
