Smoothie Ingredients:
1 cup Blueberries
1/2 cup Strawberries
2 cups Kale
2 cups Lettuce
1 cup vegan milk
1/2 cup ice
Optional: 1/2 cup sweetener (Orange juice, apple juice, mixed juice...)
Blend!
Granola Ingredients:
1 cup Old Fashioned oatmeal
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
2 Tbsp Agave Nectar
Optional: Coconut chips, dried goji berries, fresh fruit...)
Mix ingredients together. Use for smoothie topping.
